2011 Marketing/Advertising Agenda*

We will market through:

  1. Co-op advertising placements in various, national home and decorating magazines to attain our goal to broaden MMP's target audience in 2011.
  2. Monthly marketing campaigns: we'll be marketing MMP and the businesses within MMP in new and exciting ways. This past year, we held a weekly marketing campaign called PINK FRIDAY. It's a themed shopping event geared towards gaining more exposure and business for the members of MMP. We have also programmed and implemented the capability to run successful shop hop campaigns — again, another innovative way to drive traffic to our members' sites.
  3. Scheduled MMP promotions such as holiday events and our successful newsletter. We will also be continuing our Boutique in the Spotlight feature on the top navigation of each MMP page. We're looking at new and exciting ways to bring even more exposure to the boutiques on MMP.
  4. Holiday Shops, held every major holiday season, allowing boutique owners to spotlight holiday merchandise. This special holiday section is automated, allowing boutique owners to set up at their leisure.
  5. Newsletters, blog features, and social networking sites: members will be promoted on a rotational basis.

Members must have a PayPal account to accept payments directly from their Make Mine Pink storefront. MMP does not charge listing fees or percentage of sales.

  4. Each Little Pink Boutique will be listed in rotational order on an hourly basis with a link to a full product display page with area for news and events, sales, etc., customizable with your logo or banner.
  5. Create categories to organize products.
  6. Product tags will be displayed for each product.
  7. Your business listed in our comprehensive business directory
  8. Business strategy and marketing chats (private)
  9. Traffic building through weekly and special occasion marketing campaigns (private boutique members). E.g. Pink Friday, Shop Hops and Holiday Boutiques.
  10. Members-only newsletter with updates and announcements about the happenings on MMP

Monthly Membership allows you to try Make Mine Pink without a financial commitment. This level of membership offers the ability to offer products for sale directly from the seller's page on Make Mine Pink as well as link to your own website, eBay store, or Etsy store. Member must have a PayPal account to accept payments directly from their Make Mine Pink storefront. MMP does not charge listing fees or percentage of sales.

  1. No website required to open a boutique on Make Mine Pink.
  2. Membership includes the ability to list unlimited products for sale in your Little Pink Boutique without listing fees or final value fees. *NEW*
  3. Create categories to organize products within your boutique
  4. Product tags will be displayed for each product.
  5. New and more efficient seller's page
  6. Each Little Pink Boutique is listed in rotational order on an hourly basis, with a link to a full product display page with area for news and events, sales, etc., customizable with your logo or banner.

This monthly membership is a low cost alternative to a full membership giving you an opportunity to advertise your business without making a financial commitment. This level of membership does not offer the ability to sell products or to participate in most marketing events. Plaza members will be able to ad a 125 x 125 banner, include a description of your business, as well as link to your own website, eBay store, or Etsy store.

  2. Your business and banner will be listed on the "Little Pink Plaza" page
  3. PLEASE NOTE - auto payments through PayPal or credit card are required for this new level. A 7-day notice to terminate services is required.
