Made with Flax Seed and the finest French fragrance we've ever found, these pillow pouches are perfect for all the small things that ail you. Keep one in the freezer for swelling and bumps & bruises, and one in the vanity to be heated for aches, pains and sore muscles. Microwave on high for 30 seconds (45 max), or pop 'em in the freezer for a couple of hours for on-the-spot relief. Comfort Pouches generally measure between 5" and 6" square, unless otherwise indicated. Pillowcases are slightly larger and are removable for washing.
