~General policy

We want your shopping experience to be wonderful! We have so many unique, vintage, antique and custom one-of-a-kinds we know that they will delight you. We inspect them carefully and will describe them to our absolute best. The antique and vintage items will almost inevitably have the character that only time can give them. Because of this and the nature of our other items, all sales are final and nonrefundable. So please feel absolutely free to ask questions. We would love to hear from you and get to know you as well! Broken China Jewelry & Photo Charms are so special that we will go above and beyond to keep them in heirloom condition. If you ever have any problem with your precious piece of art, and it is repairable, please send it back to us. See our 'Policies' page at our website for more information.
 
We offer a "Wish List" feature on our site for your convenience.

Gifts can be shipped directly to your recipient.

~Shipping policy

We ship most items with USPS or UPS insured. Larger items will be handled through Fed Ex,  or UPS and will have a small additional shipping fee. We ship as quickly as possible but please allow 10 working days for custom orders and longer on large custom orders. Please let us know what your needs are.

PLEASE NOTE:  Because we do have small items that will ship a bit less expensively than most items we offer, WE GLADLY REFUND EXCESS SHIPPING.   Rest assured that we do our best to give you the best shopping experience we can.

Jewelry only orders ship for free (must be jewelry only) can ship for free using the coupon code FSJewelry.

~Payment Policy

We gladly accept major credit cards. Money orders and personal checks are welcome (Please allow 10 working days for checks to clear). They should be made out to Rose Blossom Cottage.

All items not paid for within 7 days will be offered for general sale. Please contact us if you have any special needs or would like to arrange for layaway.

LAYAWAY----If LAYAWAY would be better for you, please
contact us with the item numbers or descriptions
of the items you are interested in.  If you agree to our simple Layaway terms, we can split the payment in 2 payments and will send you
a paypal invoice or an address to send money orders.
