Welcome to Patricia Rose: A Potpourri of Fabric, Fragrance and Findings

 

I am pleased to offer homemade, long-lasting potpourri.  Only natural garden grown flowers, herbs and pure essential oils are used in my potpourri.  You can fragrance your home, protect your clothing , even repel insects out of doors with all natural potpourri.  Made the way Grandma, Great Grandma and those before her made it, truly a traditional potpourri, always with an eye towards the aromatherapy benefits of the oils used. 

PLEASE NOTE:  I will combine shipping on orders of multiple items.  If there is a difference between actual shipping and the amount charged I will refund it to your  Paypal Account.  International customers, please contact me for actual shipping costs.

I am pleased to do business with you.  Your satisfaction is important to me.  If you receive a product you are unhappy with, please email me immediately.  I want you to be happy with your purchases and will do what I can to make things right.   Customer satisfaction is my number one priority.

 

Most of our product is hand made.  The potpourri is made of all natural flowers, herbs, spices and essential oils so cannot be considered allergy free.  No responsibility is taken for any physical reaction to this natural product unless otherwise stated.

 

Any custom order, such as a monogrammed piece, is non-returnable.  These are made as ordered to your specifications as to color of fabric and initial. 

 

Gift baskets may be returned, but refund will be 70% of purchase price.  The gift baskets are made to your specifications and time and great care is taken to give you a beautiful presentation of the items.  While the product may be able to be reused by us, the ribbons and packaging will not. 

 

Any of our stock items can be returned within 10 business days in original condition for a refund or a replacement product..  Postage will not be refunded.

 

 

Your personal information is safe here.  Any information gathered will never be shared with a third party. 

 

Paypal is the preferred payment method.  This is safe and secure.  If you would prefer to pay by check without going through PayPal, please email me at pmorello@citlink.net.  The product will be held until check is received and has cleared the bank.

 

Products are shipped via USPS.  Shipping charges will include cost of packing materials and postage.  If an overpayment is made, it will be refunded immediately.
