CarolineAlexander is a mother daughter small business who loves to create unique accessories for women, children, and our homes. Our inspiration comes from my children and friend who inspire us to create one-of-a-kind designs. We create with many artful items such as clay, ribbon, paint, beads, glitter and anything that you could imagine. Our whimsical designs are constantly evolving and taking us on new adventures.    Each item is handcrafted by us and takes many hours of hard work. We hope to impress you by our exclusive creations and hope you stop by regularly to check our ever changing inventory

Our Guarantee

We've taken great care in designing and making our products that will (we hope) impress you. We love each and every one—and sincerely hope you will, too. If for any reason you aren't 100% pleased with any product you receive, you may return it within 14 days of the purchase date and we'll gladly refund the full cost of the item-no questions asked.

Please note: Custom orders cannot be refunded


Returning and Exchanging

 

1.     If you have a moment, please provide a brief explanation of the reason for your return. It'll help us to do better next time.

2.     Securely package the item(s) to be returned so it travels safely.

3.     Ship the package via UPS or insured parcel post to the following address:

Returns will be promptly handled upon their arrival. Look for an exchange or cash refund to arrive within a few short weeks. Credit card refunds require a bit more patience—they'll appear in your next billing cycle.

Shipping and Handling

Please allow 5 business days for shipping the order. An email will be sent notifying you of the shipment date. Please note custom orders will take longer depending on the product. 

Also please note that the shipping rates provided from our website are for rates to the continental US.  For all international orders we will email you with the exact shipping rate before we process the order.

CarolineAlexander   is an Authorized Elegance by Carbonneau Retailer, the Corbonneau pieces cannot be returned unless damaged.  You will need to inform us immediately if there is a defect in the product.  Any returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
